Minister announces new measures to help gardaГ­ clamp down on quads and scramblers

On 9th, 2018, Anzhela Kotsinian and her husband Ilabek Avetian were sunbathing in Darndale Park in Coolock, Dublin, when a scrambler bike landed on them june. From that minute, their life completely changed.

Mr Avetian (41) destroyed a watch, experienced multiple facial fractures, and suffered a serious mind damage and haemorrhage within the event. He now lives in a Dublin medical house and needs care that is full-time.
