Though it features a world of, um, er, extremely romantic waxing, there’s an “Enchanted” top quality into CW’s newer hourlong show “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” which premieres Monday.
The unique daffiness that camouflages satirical times of facts tends to make sense, given the show’s root.
