Figured I would revise this thread for anyone curious. I got myself this bullets from midway, analyzed 4 rounds for corrosivness. Showed by evaluating home so it isnt corrosive, and grabbed they on the assortment. Shot a lot regarding my M1 and also have had no corrosion build after per week of sitting. Had no issues with the bullets either. Every rounded fired without a hiccup. My personal batch are March ’69. POF 69. So this items is actually GTG if anybody cares. Oh with no difficulties with the Clips the ammo is available in either. Everybody else fed and ejected like they’re meant to.
Most helpful thread on here. I got myself some because I was thinking it would be cool getting Garand bullets pre-loaded on movies. Just following the purchase I absolutely study and noticed the Berdan primed :-(, next this bond had gotten me worried about corrosiveness. Thank-you. Got mine from Midway additionally.
I recently was given 3 boxes that i purchased off a forum associate Joe who has some for sale in the Classifieds point here.
All of it try headstamped ’68 and packed in containers noted Dec. 30, 1968 (must have become preparing to earn some sounds on New Year’s, i suppose).
The ammo was, actually, non-magnetic. Its all-in good, surplus state. Certainly no tough (or better than) the loose HXP from the CMP. No corrosion on all rounds save for any usual stain and tarnish old.
Out-of 6 enbloc films, I got 2 postwar SA, 2 really obviously stamped BRW, one clipwith no marks (SA?) and something that I can’t make the characters on. The movies themselves comprise rather dried out but had no corrosion or corrosion; we let them drench in CLP for some time and wiped it off, good as new.
I just never trust that every a lot of any POF-mfd milsurp ammo might be either steady, non-chlorate-primed and/or okay
I’ven’t shot it yet but i am hoping to get to the product range quickly. Wishing that the non-corrosive testimony is true because for a non-reloader like me these things are a great choice. The enbloc clips is a fantastic positive. Sure CTD is selling cut HXP recently (missing now) but the majority of the enblocs was JMO that we learn were burdensome for some.
I am not a reloader but, and while i actually do conserve my personal steel anyhow to make use of as barter content or cut for a wet time, having the enblocs inside the price mitigates that somewhat.
There are numerous many threads towards bad .303. It actually was full of cordite in addition to cordite it self degraded into a powder triggering some severe troubles. I’dn’t 
contact that .303 ammunition.
All things considered, I’d rather place it in an online forum affiliate’s pocket
I have recorded about a 1000 rounds of POF .308 through an FAL without any difficulties. The accuracy is ok, the metal is actually Berdan primed. Mine try head stamped POF 91. It appears to be hotter than regular M80 or Spanish surplus, but it operates. I just create the fuel interface a little.
There’s a lot of a lot of posts about the poor .303. It was packed with cordite and cordite by itself degraded into a powder leading to some severe difficulties. I’dn’t touch that .303 ammunition.
